Playing up your brows does wonders for the rest of your features. Filling in your brow line isn't just for blonde or light brown brows. Even if you have black eyebrows filling them in, stretching the length of them, just making them more perfect can give you a really sexy look. Don't go to far though. You want to use a shadow that matches your natural brow color and start with light strokes using an angled eye liner brush. Don't use pencils, they can leave to harsh of a line which will look unnatural.
