The Trick to Get Curls to Stay

When you want to create curls (with a curling iron)that stay all day, try this trick. Wash your hair the night before. On wet hair apply a light hold gel or mousse, comb it through so that it dispersed from roots to ends. Braid hair in one(medium to fine hair) or two(medium to thick hair) loose braids. In the morning take hair down, comb with a wide tooth comb, and curl in sections using a one inch barrel curling iron, alternate the direction of each curl. Separate curls by gently running your index finger through each one. To finish spray with a light hold hair spray (aerosol works best).
