Kate's Got a New Do!

Kate  did us all a favor and got a new and more flattering hairstyle. Kate Gosslin is know for a few reasons, but one imparticular is that awful spiked asymetrical cut. The new year has brought us a new Kate. Recently Kate got extensions that we think are far more flattering. Kate looks much more youthful with her new hair and we hopes she keeps it. Got Damage?

Dealing with damaged hair can be a real head ache, especially if you're trying to grow your hair. I've got a few tips that may help you out! first let your hair air -dry as often as possible, blow drying just sucks all the moisture out. Second shampoo your hair every other day at the most. Third, minimize the exposure to heat. If you insist on using heat on your hair don't skip out on using protecting sprays and serums. Last but not least do a deep conditioning treatment for 20 mins. once a week.
